Yes, our scanning service is fully FERPA compliant. We prioritize student privacy and the confidentiality of educational records, ensuring that all our processes meet FERPA requirements.

To begin, simply contact us to request your pre-labeled, prepaid shipping boxes. Once they arrive, fill the boxes with your documents and send them back. We’ll handle the rest.

We can scan a wide variety of documents, including invoices, receipts, employee records, blueprints, medical files, government documents, legal files, educational records, historical documents, photographs, and manuscripts. Scanning is available in both black and white and color, based on your needs.

You can receive your digital files on an encrypted USB drive, via upload to your SFTP site, or through a document management system. The original documents can be securely shredded with our NAID® AAA Certified Shredding Service or sent back to you for an additional fee.

The Scan by the Box service is priced at a flat rate of $199 per box. This comprehensive fee covers shipping, processing, scanning, indexing, and organizing your documents. Optional services, such as Optical Character Recognition (OCR) for making documents text-searchable or return shipping of original documents, may incur additional charges.
